EXIT in the Community

EXIT Realty Corp. International is very proud of its association with Habitat for Humanity, EXIT's charity of choice. "Our beliefs are very similar", says Cindy Szinegh, EXIT's Vice President of Corporate Services. "We both believe in giving a 'hand up' not a 'hand out' to people who want more in their lives. As EXIT provides a hand up to our Associates through training unmatched in the industry and the opportunity to enhance their income through residuals, Habitat gives a hand up by providing interest-free mortgages to qualified families who may not otherwise know the pride of home ownership". A portion of every transaction fee collected by EXIT International is applied to its charitable fund.

EXIT REALTY CENTER

Attends the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce Business Expo held on April 17, 2008.  There were over 6000 visitors and 275 businesses that participated.  It was a great opportunity for EXIT to gain exposure in the community.

EXIT REALTY DEATON GROUP

April 17, Exit agents attended the Annual Little Rock Realtors Association Table Top Event.  EXIT Realty Deaton Group was the only real estate company with a booth among our industries vendors and partners.  This event attended by over 300 Realtors each year provides excellent exposure to our agency.

Scott Deaton, Broker/Owner of Exit Realty Deaton Group provided desserts and door prizes.  As the last prize of the night, Scott Deaton drew a lucky Realtor from the squirrel cage to play EXIT’s own “10, 7, 5” game.  Each case held $20, $50, or $100.  The lucky winner walked away with $100cash.

Local Realtors® team up with nonprofit organization to keep community safe and healthy

The First Annual B.A.C.A.'s EXIT for Kid's Safety and Health Fair, held in Conway on Sunday, April 13, was a big success in spite of the cooler weather.  Kids and their parents came out to learn about health and safety, play games, learn about organizations and businesses available to benefit children, and watch demonstrations by other kids performing martial arts, basketball and jump rope skills and more.  Parents picked up kid i.d. kits while the kids collected all sorts of free stuff, from coloring books and crayons to crafts made on-site at the event.

The event was a result of Rhonda Bletsh, a Realtor® with Exit 1st Choice Realty in Conway wanting to provide kids their own event to learn about safety and health and to give back to the local community.  Rhonda partnered with B.A.C.A. (Biker's Against Child Abuse) when she heard that they were looking for a way to publicize their group to the community, and brought the agents she has sponsored into her immediate office on board to help organize and grow the event.

The event planning for next year has already begun and all involved expect it will grow and become a regular event that kids from all over look forward to every year.
